Agreement to Terms

By booking a cleaning service with Kristal Clean, using our website at kristalcleanaz.com, or otherwise engaging with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services or website. Kristal Clean reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The most current version will always be available on our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

Services

Kristal Clean provides residential and commercial cleaning services in Maricopa County, Arizona, including but not limited to the Phoenix, Scottsdale, Glendale, Tempe, Mesa, Chandler, Gilbert, Peoria, Surprise, Cave Creek, Carefree, Paradise Valley, Fountain Hills, Goodyear, Avondale, and Buckeye areas. The specific services included in each cleaning visit are determined at the time of booking based on the service tier selected and any agreed-upon add-ons. A detailed breakdown of what is included in each tier is available on our website. Kristal Clean reserves the right to decline or discontinue service to any client at our discretion.

Booking and Scheduling

Appointments may be booked by phone, email, or through our website contact form. A booking is confirmed only when you receive written or verbal confirmation from Kristal Clean. We make every effort to arrive within the scheduled time window. Occasionally, circumstances beyond our control such as traffic, weather, or a prior appointment running long may affect arrival time. We will notify you as promptly as possible if we anticipate a delay.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

We ask that you notify us at least 48 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service cost. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice or no-shows may be subject to a fee equal to the full cost of the scheduled service. Kristal Clean reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to illness, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases no cancellation fee will be charged and we will work with you to reschedule at the earliest available time.

Access to Your Home or Business

You agree to provide Kristal Clean with safe, unobstructed access to your property at the scheduled appointment time. If our team arrives at the scheduled time and cannot gain access to the property, the appointment may be treated as a no-show and subject to the cancellation fee described above. You represent that you have the legal right to grant access to the property being cleaned and the authority to authorize cleaning services at that location.

Payment

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept cash, check, and electronic payment methods as communicated at the time of booking. Returned checks are subject to a returned check fee of $35 in addition to any bank fees incurred. Accounts with unpaid balances may be referred to a collections agency. Prices are subject to change and we will notify you of any price changes before your next scheduled service.

Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with any aspect of your cleaning, please contact us within 24 hours of your service and we will return to address the issue at no additional charge. This re-clean guarantee applies to the specific areas or tasks in question and does not entitle you to a full re-cleaning of the entire property. Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are at the sole discretion of Kristal Clean.

Your Responsibilities

To help us provide the best possible service, you agree to secure or remove fragile, irreplaceable, or sentimental items before our arrival. Please secure pets in a safe area of the home during the cleaning. Disclose any known health hazards or conditions that may affect our team's safety before the appointment. Ensure the property has running water and electricity available, as these are necessary to perform cleaning services.

Damage and Liability

Kristal Clean carries general liability insurance. In the unlikely event that our team causes damage to your property, please notify us in writing within 24 hours of your cleaning appointment. We will make every reasonable effort to repair or replace damaged items. Our liability is limited to the lesser of the item's current market value or the cost of the cleaning service during which the damage occurred. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, damage to improperly secured or inherently fragile items, damage resulting from faulty fixtures or equipment belonging to the client, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Team Members and Subcontractors

All Kristal Clean team members have a valid fingerprint clearance card on file with the Arizona Department of Public Safety. We are fully insured. You agree not to solicit or hire any current or former Kristal Clean team member directly for cleaning services during their employment or for a period of 12 months following the termination of their employment. A referral fee of $500 will be assessed if this condition is violated.

No Contracts

Kristal Clean does not require clients to sign long-term service contracts. Services are provided on a per-visit or recurring basis as agreed at the time of booking. Either party may discontinue the service relationship at any time, subject to the cancellation terms described above.

Use of Website

By using our website at kristalcleanaz.com you agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site, transmit any harmful or malicious code, or reproduce or copy any content from the site without our express written permission. We make every effort to keep information on our website accurate but make no warranties regarding the completeness, accuracy, or reliability of any content on the site.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.

Dispute Resolution

We hope to resolve any disputes informally and in good faith. If you have a concern please contact us directly at kristalcleanaz@gmail.com or 480.487.7644. If informal resolution is not possible, both parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing any formal legal action.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Arizona law, Kristal Clean's total liability to you for any claims arising out of or related to our services or these Terms and Conditions shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific cleaning service giving rise to the claim.
