Booking is easy. You can call or text us at 480.487.7644, email us at kristalcleanaz@gmail.com, or fill out the contact form on our website and we will get back to you promptly. Just let us know your preferred date, time, and the type of cleaning you need and we will take care of the rest.

Do I have to be home during the cleaning?

Not at all. Most of our clients head to work or run errands while we take care of everything. Many clients simply leave a key or provide entry instructions and come home to a spotless house. We will work around whatever makes you most comfortable.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

We completely understand that plans change. We just ask for at least 48 hours notice so we can adjust our schedule. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice may be subject to a fee. You can reach us by phone, text, or email to reschedule anytime.

Never. We do not lock you into anything. Book as often or as little as you need. We earn your business every single visit, and you can cancel or reschedule with at least 48 hours notice and no long-term obligation.

It depends on the size of your home and the type of service. A standard recurring clean for a typical Phoenix area home generally takes between 2 and 4 hours. A deep clean or move-out clean will take longer. We will give you a time estimate when you book.

We typically start from the top of the home and work our way down, and from the back of the home to the front. This ensures dust and debris always fall onto surfaces we have not cleaned yet.

A fingerprint clearance card is issued by the Arizona Department of Public Safety after a thorough criminal background check. Every Kristal Clean team member has one on file, giving you an extra layer of verified trust before anyone enters your home.

A regular clean covers the essential maintenance tasks that keep your home consistently clean and fresh. A deep clean goes further, including hand washing baseboards, doors, door frames, window sills, and cabinet fronts. It is ideal as a first clean or a seasonal reset.
